Talking to Diana

Charles is quickly acquiring a headache from the worries and plans about Lecter. Since he might be of use, he's not going to leave but he's not spending the day inside.

Instead he's been walking, once around the lake, following a path or two in the forest but not too deep since it reminds him of Slenderman.

After a while, he ends up sitting by the garden watching the back door and trying to find a solid even keel before he goes back in and faces whatever new has happened.

"I don't know that eating your own species is prohibited by the rules. Obtaining your meat here seems like it would fall under 'no violence', however."

She presses her lips together.

"But I can't say I want him to make any such attempts."

"No, I'd rather no one has to be harmed for him to be stopped, but I think he's probably already done damage with his consulting. A man like that should never have been given such a point of power."

"Men like that almost inevitably find their way to such points of power. It gives them the opportunity to do their work."

And the leverage to do it uninterrupted.

"Very true, he knows what he wants and finds it but I think we can deny him some of his prestige here."

"I'm not sure that will be enough, but it is what we have to try."

"I don't either but I think its what we can do for now,"

There should be more but he can't think of what else.

"If I find out more, rest assured I will keep everyone informed. Or if I can think of another path forward."

"As will I."

"Hera grant we all survive this one."

It doesn't hurt to ask for help from everyone possible.

"Yes, I'm going to be around in case anyone needs me though outside more than inside,"

As he's certain that they will, but if he's outside, his head doesn't hurt as much.

And Diana heads back inside.
